Founder Debra Baker has a rich history of skills and education all contributing to the success of the business, with a Bachelor's of Business Administration and registered nursing degree covering both Indiana and Kentucky. Her delight in caring for people's needs started right out of high school when she worked in senior's homes, and found herself becoming connected to them. I realized I got to see who they really are and had the ability to concentrate on one person at a time.

The experience was the impetus to start her own home care business with the dream to provide the highest possible quality of care, while allowing her to stay home to raise her three children.
