Noble Senior Living at Brooksville Senior Living at Brooksville is an assisted living and memory care community centrally located in the heart of downtown Brooksville, Florida, just north of the intersection Howell Avenue and Main Street. Our community is within walking distance of a library, bank, churches, the post office, and a variety of cultural happenings. Our warm and friendly staff is here 24/7 as a helping hand. Assisted Living At Brooksville, our focus is supporting our community members’ independence and overall wellness. The care that each resident receives at Noble Senior Living at Brooksville is unique to his or her needs. Each resident’s activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene, are assessed upon move-in and regularly throughout their stay. We work with the resident, family residents, and health practitioners to create the right plan of care for each person. Care-related services include, but are not limited to: Care staff, including a licensed nurse, at facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Personal care assistance with activities of daily living Medication assistance and administration Mobility assistance Continence maintenance On-site visits from the medical physician and/or nurse practitioner, dentist, podiatrist, home health, physical therapist, and others. Memory Care Neighborhood Memory care refers to specific care for a person with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or another memory impairment. Specialized care may range from cueing to requiring a secured setting to prevent elopement. Starting with the same care and offerings as assisted living, our memory care program builds on the resident’s current abilities. We incorporate daily structure, exercise, and physical and occupational therapy to help community members complete a daily routine and maintain functional abilities as long as possible. Our primary goal is safety for all members. Consistent staffing helps community members feel comfortable and confident during their care. Through our dementia-specific trained employees, we are able to deliver quality care to our Memory Care neighborhoods. At Brooksville, we use activities to help reduce members’ agitation, improve their moods, and encourage social interaction. Popular happenings include morning coffee and news, listening to music, spiritual programs, ice cream socials, and puzzles. One-on-one sensory happenings may also be used to help residents relax and sleep at night.
