Orchard At Brookhaven

Orchard at Brookhaven provides assisted living and memory care in the Atlanta area. The community houses residents in private and shared studios and one- or two-bedroom suites, with some units reaching 1,000 square feet. Dining options include standard meal service, in-room dining, personalized health diets, and farm-to-table selections.

A café operates daily for coffee and light meals. The kitchen accommodates pescatarian, vegetarian, gluten-free, low-sodium, and other restricted diets, as well as texture-modified meals for residents with swallowing difficulties. Memory care residents receive personalized music playlists through a certified Music and Memory program, with recommendations from an on-site music therapist.

The community employs a care team structure organized by residential unit, with clinical staff including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, dementia care specialists, and recreational and music therapists. Residents have access to on-site or affiliated services including pharmacy, primary care, neurology, podiatry, dental, audiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, nutrition, massage, and styling. Health assessments occur twice yearly and address self-care, purpose, activity, and renewal.

The facility includes ADA accommodations, gathering spaces, walking paths, and exercise equipment. A family help line operates 24/7. The community does not require all residents to pay for a higher level of care if they do not need it; support options are available within the existing care tiers.

Transitional counseling is offered to residents and families during the move-in process. Staff continuing education is emphasized as part of the community's approach.
