They do a great sales pitch but don't actually do the things they said they would do. They don't escort mom to meals as promised. They are ok with her sleeping all day and not eating. They don't reach out to let us know she isn't doing well.
Overall things fairly good. Am having problems with medicines, mostly insulin records. Food ok but often not as advertised. No condiments, butter or jelly. Activities every day but often not so much for men. Most of staff very good and friendly. Some of problems incurred due to staffing problems being worked on with new supervisor.
