- Do I need to claim my listing first?
- Yes. Find your community on SeniorSite, click Claim this listing, and submit your work email. We verify the claim, then send you a private checkout link. Verification usually takes one business day.
- Can I switch from Standard to Premium later?
- Yes, anytime. We prorate the upgrade against the remainder of your current billing period. Same for downgrading at the end of the cycle.
- Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
- No. Both plans are month-to-month. Cancel from your operator dashboard and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
- What if my community has more than one location?
- Each property has its own listing and its own subscription. Operators managing many properties can email operators@seniorsite.org and we'll bulk-onboard the portfolio.
- How are leads delivered on the Premium plan?
- Every Get Pricing form submitted on your property page is forwarded to the work email on your account, with the family's name, contact preference, and timing. We do not gate leads behind a separate buyer pool.
