At Aviva In-Home Care, we are here to serve you and your family when you require us most. For convenience, Aviva offers three types of offerings: live-in, constant, and hourly care. Our team specializes in “live-in” care for those who prefer the comfort and safety of round-the-clock monitoring and care. We offer in-home care 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. A caregiver comes to your home and stays around the clock, ready to assist with activities of daily living. Similar to live-in care but more intensive, we offer the option of constant care for those seniors who need 24x7 monitoring. For those requiring a more flexible care alternative, Aviva offers “hourly” caregivers. This choice is for clients who may only require assistance during certain times of the day, night or weekends. An example would be transportation to and from a doctor’s appointment, or for assistance with daily living happenings in the home a few days a week. At Aviva, we also use the latest in health technology to maximize opportunities for communication between all members of our client’s care circles. We utilize nursing oversight to ensure that we are in compliance with physician orders, and that our careplans are being properly administered. Lastly, Aviva is a proud member of The Senior’s Choice, a national network of leading home care agencies that share best practices and focus on continual improvement. Finding the appropriate assisted living facility is a difficult endeavor. I visited several memory care units in the area and The Seaton stood out for me mainly due to the feeling I got walking through the front door. I was happy to see there were not a lot of residents hanging around in wheelchairs as I entered. The building is old but nicely updated and very clean. The person that provided the tour was very informative, patient and caring. My sister made the move and settled in quickly. She felt very comfortable and safe from day one. The staff is attentive, understanding and pleasant to deal with. I feel so fortunate to have found a place where my sister feels at home.

Hopefully improvements were made
My mother moved in there April 2022 & all was fine, but around May of 2024 the new Director was horrible and has since been let go. Overall it wasn't a good experience. I actually move my mother out of that facility in July of this year, but sadly she passed away in September It's difficult to review since it was under different ownership when she originally moved in. The new ownership at the time was not too good or accommodating, but that was several months ago and perhaps they made changes. Hopefully they improved.
