The front entrance is well landscaped as well as equipped with an ADA compliant ramp for wheelchairs. Evergreen Cottage ideally located fifteen minutes away from the Santa Anita Racetrack, the L.A. Arboretum, the Santa Anita Fashion Park, the Arcadia Methodist Hospital, and literally hundreds of doctor's offices including many specialists. There is an onsite live-in 24 hours/day staff that includes an administrator present at all times. The staff is experienced, well dressed, and sensitive to both the family's and client's desires.
