About Acacia Village
Acacia Village is an independent living community for adults 62 and older on a 400-acre campus. Residents live in apartments and pay one monthly fee that covers rent, utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, an evening meal in the dining room, and access to amenities. There is no entrance fee or association dues.
The community includes a fitness center, heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, library, movie theater, woodworking shop, billiards and card rooms, nature trails, and scheduled transportation to local shopping and activities. Dinner is prepared nightly; residents who prefer to cook can choose from flexible meal plan options. Security features include 24-hour front desk and mobile patrol, secured entrances, an emergency response system in all units, and a pool attendant during pool hours.
Additional services available for an extra fee include a café for breakfast and lunch, covered parking, guest accommodations, private event space with catering, beauty salon, additional housekeeping, dry cleaning, and mailing services. The community is located on the Masonic Campus.
