"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! MY MOTHER CAME IN TO THIS PLACE RECOVERING FROM A MEDICAL CONDITION AND SHE GOT A STAGE 3 BED SORE IN 2 WEEKS! I AM NOT EVEN SURE HOW THAT IS POSSIBLE UNLESS THEY JUST LEFT HER LAYING THERE IN THE BED ALL DAY LONG! IN ADDITION,THE STAFF CONTINUOUSLY YELLED AT MY MOTHER FOR VARIOUS THINGS THEY WANTED HER TO DO UNLESS SOMEONE IS VISITING THEN THEY TRY TO BE SUPER NICE! I WAS SITTING IN THE CHAIR BEHIND THE CURTAIN AND OUT OF SIGHT.
