"The dementia wing: I do not know where they hire these caretakers, but they ignore these poor elderly people, so terrible just putting them in chairs in front of a static tv, slumped over, feeding them while they are flat on their backs which can cause them to choke, I have watched these caretakers just sit around on their phones ignoring everyone.

The residents mostly have the same one doctor, who appears to know little if anything about her patients.

The facility additionally seemed to be well maintained when I visited, with staff always present, and the cleanliness being maintained by housekeeping.

In addition, she is paying extra for assistance with the bathroom and when she presses her call button for assistance during the night it goes unanswered more than answered.

I knew they wanted to kick her out because of this and asked the director and she said they were happy to provide rooms for Medicaid residents.
