Advanced Care For Elderly The A.C.E facility is a beautiful home with private rooms, a big safe backyard, and a gourmet kitchen where meals are prepared from scratch. Our goal is to provide excellent care for our residents and peace of mind for their families. A.C.E. Is designed to provide: 24 hour personal assistance including; bathing dressing, eating, incontinence care and medication management. The monitoring of changes in physical and mental status along with observation and monitoring of possible medication side effects. Exercise therapy daily to provide a range of motion and physical stimulation. Delicious and nutritious home cooked meals. Individualized care plan to meet our members needs and house Physician as well as Podiatrist visits with Nursing supervision. A plethora of happenings provided to keep the mind, body, and spirit alive within a lovely home setting. Dementia and hospice waiver in a safe environment. What Makes Us Special A.C.E it’s Owned / Administered by a Registered Nurse with years of experience and extended knowledge in Dementia , Alzheimer , Stroke Rehab, Cardiac Monitor , COPD and Diabetes. At A.C.E we provide individualized care plan to meet our residents needs and to assure an excellent quality of life in a home setting space .
