Both of my parents seem to like it here and they are both doing so much better than when we tried managing them at home.

Nothing is perfect but felt like they did a great job! During this trying time of Covid, the residents were isolated and that did cause much stress on Mom, as she couldn't get out, but the staff really went out of their way to help us have video calls with mom.

They are very understaffed, I think they have too many patients for the staff to handle.
