Independent living residents in garden homes or apartments receive three meals daily, housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation, utilities (except phone), cable TV, maintenance of grounds and buildings, laundry facilities, and access to onsite health services if needed. Apartments include a private studio or one-bedroom with kitchenette and private bath. Assisted living adds 24-hour nursing availability and personalized care planning. The community also offers short-term rehabilitation with therapies and long-term skilled nursing care. Altenheim is managed by CarDon & Associates, which operates senior living communities across south-central Indiana.
