This has been very helpful for my friend, she lives 2 hrs away.

They were very kind and caring with him, and he still has outpatient care that he\u2019s doing.

No interaction with residents, no LPN or RN on the locked hall just uncaring, untrained aides.

As is the case always short of personnel on a lot of occasions and food services could be improved.
