"This facility does not have enough staff.

"Did rehab after a back surgery, I needed help with every thing and the aides and nurses did a great job.

"Full side rails on beds, no televisions in room, room bland with paint chipping, food from lunch (ticket still there) not opened, not consumed, resident unshaven".
