"I can truly say I see a difference with the new leader running Anderson Mill , my mother has been here for a couple of years and this is the 1st time I've seen some one passing out there cards that anyone can call anytime which I hope not to use it only in case of an emergency! We have a long way to go but I welcome a change in my mothers home".
