If you have a question for the nurses, they act like they are too busy, you have no right to know what goes on there, or they are rude.

We have been two weeks now trying to transfer her to another home but the social services staff is being little to no help.

She said people were sitting in the halls in wheelchairs, it was TERRIBLE, she removed her husband on the third day when she was there 5 hours and no one came in or even offered him lunch.
