The monthly fee covers apartment rental, all utilities except phone and cable, three meals daily, housekeeping, laundry, transportation to medical appointments and group outings, activities programming, and use of all community amenities.

The community is located in Harleysville within Montgomery County, near regional attractions including four wineries, six golf courses, the Elmwood Park Zoo, and performing arts venues like the Dutch Country Playhouse and Sellersville Theatre. Initially resistant to the move, within HOURS my Mother was part of the community and telling everyone how glad she had thought of this!
