About Arrowood At Southwestern
Arrowood at Southwestern is an independent living community of 122 apartments built in 1997 on the Southwestern campus in Pleasant Hills, about 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. The community offers studios through two-bedroom units. All residents have access to common areas and amenities regardless of apartment size.
Each apartment includes a kitchenette with microwave and small refrigerator, and residents can furnish and decorate their own space. The community provides 24-hour onsite security and emergency pull-cords in each apartment. Included services are weekly housekeeping, linen and laundry service, all utilities except phone, residence and ground maintenance, dining with flexible options, scheduled transportation, a business center, and a mail center.

i went in and saw she had foam like yellow on her face this is at 400 they told me oh she may have had a mini stroke oseizure at 10 in the morning and no one called us.

I thought it was for seniors who were really ill.

I also let them know they were too comfortable providing that poor service, which meant to me that was their standard.

"The food is terrible they just went with a different company and the food is worse! Elderly eat less and it's horrible my mom will just eat the cookies cause the food is nasty and she is not picky.

If I had to put my mother in a nursing home I would not have a problem sending her there.

Less than 1 week later my Mom had sepsis and merca and placed on hispice.

I also didn't remember much about their personal care facility, but their independent living facility was beautiful.
