Arroyo Gardens offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care in a single community. Independent living residents have access to studio and one- to two-bedroom apartments, dining, housekeeping, fitness and therapy facilities, and a roster of activities. Assisted living includes help with bathing, dressing, medication management, and transportation, plus a call system with 24/7 nurse monitoring and on-call registered nurses. Residents develop personalized care plans. Memory care, called Casa Bonita, is designed for residents with dementia or cognitive decline.
The program uses music, art, and aromatherapy alongside structured activities. Studio apartments include private showers. All residents have access to the community's amenities: game room, theater, exercise pool, fitness center, covered outdoor space with barbecue, spa, dining room, library, business center, dog park, laundry service, and walking paths.
