Leaves paitents unattended to long, does not offer drinks when they do finally check on a patient, especially when they can not reach for themselves, which causes severe dehydration and excess hospitalization.

From the bedside to behind the desk of administration, not a day goes by that I'm not fascinated by how they manage to maintain even one-star rating.
