Atria Park of Lake Forest provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care on an eight-acre campus near downtown Sanford, Seminole Mall, Orlando, and Mt. Dora. The community offers more than 200 suites ranging from studios to two-bedroom floor plans.
Residents can select their living arrangement and care level separately, allowing them to move between care tiers without changing apartments if their needs shift. The community hosts over 200 monthly events and provides restaurant-style dining. Memory care is organized into three neighborhoods based on cognitive functioning levels, allowing residents to live alongside others at similar stages of dementia.
The facility holds an LNS license, enabling it to provide nursing services including oxygen management, diabetic care, injections, wound care, and catheter care. Atria Senior Living operates more than 180 communities across 28 states and seven Canadian provinces, serving over 21,000 residents.
It offers sunrise senior living, brookdale senior living, the arbor company, aegis living, holiday retirement, five star senior living, the terraces at los gatos, belmont village senior living, merrill gardens, and the kensington. CNA's who have managed dimentia patients told us that they didn't understand why the staff is surprised or unable to manage dimentia if that is what they claim they can do.
