Atria Park of Woodbridge has operated in Irvine for nearly 20 years and is currently undergoing renovation. The project includes renovated and enlarged apartments with updated finishes and new one-bedroom floor plans offering creek views. Common areas being refreshed include the restaurant, a new lounge, a bistro near the living room, a private dining room, and shared gathering spaces.
A fitness room and first-floor salon and spa are being added. For residents with dementia, the community offers Life Guidance, Atria's memory care program, housed in a separate neighborhood with a loop design, open-concept living and dining areas, and access to a secure courtyard. Memory care residents choose from studio and shared suite layouts.
Atria operates independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities across more than 225 locations in 27 states and seven Canadian provinces.
