There was a room on the ground floor that had a patio; I thought it was very nice.

One of the things we were looking for was a place with residents who seemed alert, and Atria Valley View fit that bill.

The facilities were nice, the food appeared to be good from what I tasted, but I thought the price was really not comparable to another one that I saw, which was significantly less money by $500 or $800 less per month.
