About Atria West 86
Atria West 86 is an independent living community on the Upper West Side, one block from Riverside Park. The building is a pre-war structure with art deco details and a rooftop terrace. Apartments are studios, one-bedrooms, or two-bedrooms with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The community offers 24/7 doorman and concierge service, a town car service, scheduled bus transportation to medical appointments throughout Manhattan, three on-site dining venues, a fitness center, and a salon. A full-time events director coordinates activities including jazz performances, tai chi classes, writers' workshops, and Broadway outings. Housekeeping, linen service, and maintenance are included.
The community is licensed for independent and supportive living. On-site care includes a licensed practical nurse available 24/7, assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing), medication management including insulin injections, physical and occupational therapy, and incontinence management. The community accommodates dietary needs including diabetic, low-fat, low-sodium, and renal diets, and speaks English, German, Italian, Russian, and Spanish.

They have a full evening restaurant, a grill, and a coffee shop, so there are 3 restaurants, and you can go in all day long.
