It offers 79 private suites in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The community is owned and operated by its original developers, who cite over 75 years of combined senior living experience.
Amenities include an aerobic pool and hydro-spa, a staffed wellness center with senior-friendly fitness equipment, a juice bar, a media room and library, computers with internet access, video conferencing capability, landscaped walking paths and gardens, a multi-purpose activity room, a formal dining room with restaurant-style service, a beauty and barber salon, and a screened porch. A community kitchen is available for resident use, and personal laundry rooms are on-site. The community provides three daily meals, medication and health monitoring by on-site staff, assistance with activities of daily living as needed, scheduled housekeeping and laundry service, transportation to medical appointments and local errands, and wellness and fitness programs.
Daily activities and social events are scheduled throughout the week. An emergency response system and backup generator are in place. All utilities except telephone are included.
