The community offers 60 private suites in studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom deluxe floor plans, each with a private bath, kitchenette, thermostat, and closet space. Monthly rent includes utilities (except telephone) and basic cable.
The facility is single-level with no stairs or elevators. Assistance with activities of daily living is available as needed. Residents receive three meals daily with menu selections, served restaurant-style, plus access to a designated dining area for private events and in-house catering.
Daily exercise classes are offered. The community provides medication management, an emergency response system with pull cords and personal pendants, and courtesy transportation Monday through Friday for local doctor visits. Amenities include a screened porch, library with large-print books and media, and accessible showers with grab bars.
Small pets are welcome. There is no long-term financial obligation. The community was designed and is owned and managed by its original developers, who have over 75 years of combined senior living experience. Rates are subject to change.
