Before we hire any Home Care Aides, we go through a very complete interview and screening process that includes: Registering their fingerprints with the Illinois Department of Public Health National background checks in all 50 states Pre-employment (and random) drug testing Review of their driving records We pride ourselves in being the employer of choice for Home Care Aides in Metro East Illinois. All clients will receive a free in home assessment by one of our Alzheimer’s Foundation of America trained Case Managers who will also become your primary contact to help you for as long as we are providing services.
