They were also very available if she needed anything else like water or ice.

The staff I have run into are very helpful.

Then there's the food which is always cold when it get's to you the kitchen is only a few feet's away from the dinning room, some of the CNA'S don't display compation for resident's they hang outside resident's door ho;ding conversations about everything that happened with hem outside of the work place.

CNA's use the same gloves from one patient to another and I have proof of that when a CNA went to care on my friend.
