The staff always calls 2-3 days before a visit, checks meds\/vitals every visit, inquires and offers informative information on how to handle various situations as or should something arises, makes a courtesy call every holiday\/birthday to check on my mom and the family, and is very consistent with providing the much needed care that is required.
