All her clothes were labeled, bundled, yet things were always missing.

There is one RN that was very helpful she assisted me when my relative passed, anyway at the end of the day Beachwood Point has no rating for me to put.

I sat there for almost 3 hours, asked to speak to someone in charge and was told the head nurse can call me.
