One day when I visited, it was cold out and the skies were overcast and it looked to be rain or worse, and I found many of the residents in their easy chairs surrounding the fireplace, all cozy.

And the owner is incredibly worthless.

"Some staff needs to be fired they are lazy outside all the time while lights ring,double shift lady's are great".

Evening and nighttime staff run around with no shoes on.

Not as clean as before, food has been cut back, staff is on their cell phone constantly, residents are no longer monitored hourly, medications are not ordered\/administered on time, laundry is always stale smelling or missing, huge turnover in staff\/CNA's, The facility itself is very nice, when the heat and air are functioning properly.

They had singalongs, crafts, games, and sit in a circle and play games with balloons.
