About Bell Trace Senior Living
Bell Trace Senior Living offers assisted living and independent living options. Assisted living services are provided through LifeSpan Home Health, a licensed home health agency. LifeSpan staff work with residents, families, and physicians to develop individualized care plans. The community can also arrange access to rehabilitative therapies, skilled nursing care, respite care, and hospice if needed in the future.
Assisted living residents live in private studio apartments with kitchenettes and bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, built-in seats, and safety handrails. Each apartment has an individual emergency contact system. The monthly rent includes three daily meals, weekly housekeeping and laundry service, scheduled transportation, all maintenance and utilities (basic cable TV included, except telephone), and access to community amenities. The community offers gathering spaces, exercise classes, social and educational programs, chapel services, a library with computers, scheduled transportation for appointments and shopping, a beauty salon, and WiFi.
Independent living residents can choose from cottages or apartment homes on campus. Cottages, located on the perimeter, are available in two or three-bedroom floor plans with front porches, sunrooms with decks, equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, single garages, and laundry rooms. All utilities, lawn maintenance, trash and snow removal, bi-monthly housekeeping, and building maintenance are included. Both cottages and apartments have 24-hour emergency response systems staffed by licensed nursing personnel.

This was the second or third time she had been sent to Bell Trace for a rehab, for different things she's had over the past several years, and all the time, they've been really good.

They have a very good exercise program, entertainment, they have a library that's pretty nice, and they have arts and crafts.
