It is not a warm atmosphere.

it also smells in there and I had a lady ask me if I could get her a bath she had not been cleaned in 4 days.

Overall they have received one star out of five? How this place is even still open God only knows! After my dad has been here a month he has already acquired a pressure sore on his bottom.
