Usually, they have someone come and get my mother to take her to the dining room for meals, and have someone to come and get her and take her for activities or to get her hair done, then take her back to her room.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff and the therapists.

Then to top it off my dad was there at least 4 months then get a bill saying I'm 2 months behind when I've paid every month then finally find out after months of being there they bill a month in advance.
