  The housekeeping was not up to standards as when we moved her out there was 2 years of dust and dirt under her chair and dresser, DISGUSTING to say the least, She was left in her same clothes for 4 straight days and nights and went 9 days without a prescibed medicine for her eyes(she is blind) with the explanation being is that the pharmacy is out??? (hy-vee pharmacy right next door) Not once did anyone offer to help her brush her teeth and they began falling out 1 at a time.

  Same caked on food on face for three days! They are left isolated in their room each day ; fully inclined in a chair they cannot independently operate for durations exceeding 4 hours without a position change; using this chair as a physical restraint, they had no water within reach, the call light was unavailable, their first pair of hearing aides are missing, one of their replacement hearing aides are missing also, I observed unsafe transfers, lack of hand washing by staff after toileting a resident, improper use of assistive devices; aides pushing residents in wheelchair without foot supports allowing their feet to drag.
