The Oaks cottages offer two- or three-bedroom floor plans (1,662 to 2,254 square feet) with two-car garages, modern appliances, washer-dryer connections, and additional storage. All independent living residents receive housekeeping, maintenance, security, and basic utilities. The community also operates assisted living residences at Blue Skies East and West.
Arnold House (East) has 20 private apartments with assisted living services; Liberty House (West) provides 34 private one- and two-bedroom apartments. Both locations use a home-like design and are staffed to support residents who need help with daily activities while maintaining as much independence as possible. Freedom House, which opened in 1998, is the memory care component and specializes in care for seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia.
