She was left there in her original cast for 1 month and no one tried to follow up with the doctor to determine when to evaluate her condition for removal.

The phones on 5E are never picked up.

Extremely poor fiber diet, canned fruit & vegetables, fish is regularly undercooked, red meat was more suitable to play handball with.
