On video, there is one night where NO-ONE entered her room for almost SEVEN HOURS!! I was approached by the Administrator about four days after I placed the \"clock.

It looked nice and really decent.

while I was visiting in ONE day this is what i observed, they almost gave her another patients medicine, they are VERY rough, they move the call button out of reach, they do NOT check on patients at night not 1 time, they gave her no breakfast then they gave her no supper until i threw a fit, they don't change depend diapers very often, they talk abusive to the patients, nobody smiles, I told them about her blood pressure FOUR times before they did anything and by then i was so livid I told them its bad you don't monitor a stroke patients blood pressure at all.

Oh we did get 1 slipper! The staff is rude and the leadership seems like they care but lack follow through.
