The residents were treated to a wait style dining experience in which the staff would take their meal orders and even recommend substitutions when a food item was not cared for.

My great-grandmother was not lucid for most of her duration there, so it was difficult to get feedback from her, but during out visits, the staff were always willing to take time to chat with us, to inform us about how she was doing and feeling.
