Bridge Loyal Assisted Living is a two location assisted living facility located in Scottsdale and Mesa AZ that has been certified and licensed for all levels of care. All furnished rooms are private with rates determined by the level of need for the resident, both locations have an emergency call system, air conditioning/climate control, washer/dryers, parking, private TVs and a large family room. Amenities include: patio/pool, computer/internet access, HD TV cable, karaoke equipment, exercise programs and religious services (if desired).Services include: bathing/dressing, medication management, transportation to medical appointments, guest meals, housekeeping, special meals and supervision of medication administration. Bridge Loyal Assisted Living Two Locations to Serve You in Scottsdale and Mesa, AZ INFORMATION ON SERVICES AND STAFF Certified and licensed for all levels of care, i.e. supervisory, personal care and directed care. We also work in conjunction with hospice care, as needed. I myself are the owner, licensed caregiver and licensed manager of both facilities. All furnished rooms are private with rates determined by the level of care needed by the resident.
