We didn't meet much staff when we were there but those that we met were friendly and pleasant.

When I told nursing manager about the appointment and asked her to plan transport there, she said I would have to accompany my mom, or else they would cancel appointment! The last straw was when we went to appointment, the pain clinic staff took one look at Mom and said she probably had Clostridium dificile, an infection often acquired at nursing homes, and couldn't do pain relieving procedure anyway.

I have had occasion to be at, and even work at as a dentist, other facilities of this kind of care, and by far, Brighton Gardens continuously exhibited the best kind of care I've ever seen.

It was nice walking around the facility with her; she called many of the residents by their names and she did have a good relationship with them.
