After nearly eight months here, it is the opinion of our family that the quality of care that he has received at Brightview is inadequate, the cleanliness of the facility is unsatisfactory, and recent quarantines forbidding us from seeing him for over three weeks for scabies and other unknown pathogens running rampant in the facility have been completely unacceptable.

The grounds are beautifully manicured and there is a walking path around the facility as well as outdoor area for those residents with cognitive impairment.

The activities never changed and did not seem appropriate for all participants.
