"The place is clean, and the food is good, but the staff is terrible! The tour was wonderful with Kelly, but after moving my father in, it has been nothing but headaches for two months! The billing was messed up, the meds were allowed to run out 3 times, and they are a complete mess! The staff was very unhelpful about these problems, and were very rude! I have not had my calls returned, and they have not told the truth on several occasions.
