The community offers independent living with the option to add assisted living services as needs change, including access to skilled nursing and rehabilitation on campus. Residents receive daily breakfast and can choose between two meal plans: Plan 1 includes 20 lunch or dinner meals per month and housekeeping twice monthly, while Plan 2 includes 30 meals per month and weekly housekeeping.
All utilities except phone and internet are covered, along with scheduled transportation, basic cable, and laundry facilities. The community has a 24-hour staff, emergency response pendants, and a wellness center staffed by a registered nurse. Common amenities include walking paths, a stocked fishing pond, a gazebo, and a fitness area.
Programming includes daily exercise and wellness classes, outings, and themed social events. Residents also have access to an "I'm Okay" check-in program and virtual continuing care services that extend through hospice care if needed.

The amenities were fine, they did a good job showing us around, they have six different floor plans, and so there are a lot of choices.
