The facility was pretty clean just had that \"old people smell\" to it and the bathrooms always had toliet paper on the floor.

The overall atmosphere of the facility was OK.

The facility was nice everything seemed clean and there wasn't that dreaded \"retirement home\" smell so that was nice.

I just felt that they were not on top of the job.

(Especially the front lobby bathroom) Honestly I look at the care that they are providing for my mother and not the real estate.
