The Clare Bridge Daily Path provides structure and happenings each day designed to meet specific needs of those with dementia, while the Clare Bridge Dining Program, designed by a gerontologist and registered dietitian, helps members in need of Alzheimer's care retain the ability to enjoy and master the daily dining experience. What Makes Us Special We allow couples to live together even in memory care. Our care fees are ala carte so a person is only paying for what they require. We do allow pets and can provide basic care for that pet as well.
