I think that's because in senior living their sink is so far down.

I think we have to have an hour and in that time the staff has to have time to get in and clean the table and disinfect, so we're very limited in how much time we're given to eat and the food is OK, though it's not to my liking as much.

This is a large facility managed by \"corporate\" whoever they may be, hundreds of miles away with no day to day contact with staff or residents.
