They had an opening when we needed one and I found out that they were caring,met my aunt's needs, kept me posted and were very responsive until her last day.

A second time, someone came and helped him to the bathroom, but unfortunately, after they shut the door to the bathroom, there was a wheelchair blocking the door, so when my friend wanted to get out, he couldn't, so he called and was getting panicky, and finally somebody came and moved the wheelchair and helped him get back out of the bathroom.
