About Burcham Hills
Burcham Hills is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) on 38 acres in East Lansing, licensed as both a Home for the Aged and Skilled Nursing Facility. Founded in 1974, it serves older adults across the greater Lansing area. The community is structured to provide a continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term skilled nursing.
Residents live in condominiums and participate in community governance on care and program decisions. On-site services include a wellness center, laboratory, outpatient therapy clinic, and physician services with nurse practitioners. There were lots of people walking around.

As far as the staff is concerned they genuinely seem to care about each of the residents.
